Dental Implants
Dental implants are a natural-looking, permanent solution for missing teeth. They’re the only restoration that protects your oral health in addition to enhancing your smile. Implants also custom-designed to look and function like your natural teeth, allowing you to enjoy all your favorite foods and smile with confidence.
Many of the benefits offered by dental implants are thanks to osseointegration, the process of your implant fixture fusing with your jawbone. This allows your implant to act like a natural tooth root, providing strong support for your chosen prosthesis.

He also performs supplemental procedures in-office to prepare your mouth for implant placement.
Gentle Approach
We know that visiting the dentist can be an intimidating experience for some patients. That’s why we take a gentle approach to every procedure we perform, always prioritizing your comfort and safety above everything else. For patients with dental anxiety, Dr. Silvoy offers nitrous oxide sedation to help you relax during treatment.
Technology
Dr. Silvoy and our team use advanced technology to streamline the dental implant process for all our patients. We feature the 3Shape Implant Studio®, which allows you to see what your implant will look like before we actually place it. We also create surgical guides and tooth restorations at our office using 3D printers and the Ceramill Motion 2 milling machine.
With the help of this technology and more, we can plan every step of your implant surgery and anticipate potential problems before they happen, leading to more successful outcomes.
